There is no guarantee for micropigmentation results. Results will vary client by client. Also note, if you've have had permanent makeup work done by a previous artist, you will need to book a consult before you can be serviced.

Appointment Results

Please do not bring extra guests (friends, children, etc.) to your appointment who are not being serviced.

Guests

If you are feeling ill or have any signs or symptoms of illness, you must reschedule your appointment. Please keep in mind, if you cancel you appointment with less than 48 hours notice due to illness, you may still be charged the $100 cancellation fee.

Illness and Sickness

Appointments time slots are scheduled to ensure all clients receive my full time and attention during their procedure. Being late will cause my schedule to fall behind and is very inconsiderate to me and my other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late it may be treated as a no show and a $100 fee may be charged to your card. You will also require a $100 deposit for all future appointments.


Late Arrivals and No Shows

We require at least a 48 hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment) without re-scheduling will be charged a late cancellation fee of $100 and the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations

Clients must give at least a 48 hour notice to reschedule their appointment, their deposit can be transferred to the new appointment. If there are 2 or more reschedules for the same client, the deposit will not be transferable and a new $100 deposit will need to be made for a new appointment.

Re-Scheduling

A $25.00, $50.00 or $100.00 (depending on service) non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking to hold your appointment. This deposit goes toward the full price of service, the remaining balance will be due at time of appointment. Cash, debit, and all major credit cards are accepted. Please note that all refunds are non-refundable and prices are subject to change at any time.

Appointment Deposits

You have been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 3 weeks.

You have been diagnosed with COVID-19 at any point and have not been symptom-free for over 14 days.

You have been asked by your doctor or place of employment to self-quarantine within the last 14 days.

You currently have COVID-19 symptoms (cough, difficulty breathing, shortness or breath, fever, chills, new muscle pain, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.) or symptoms of any other contagious illness. 

You have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or shown symptoms within the past 14 days.

These policies will be strictly enforced to ensure the safety of myself and client. I cannot make any exceptions, and any violations of these policies will require a reschedule of your appointment and a $100 fee will be applied.
